There is an initial sign-up fee of €200 + VAT which will cover the following:

Our team get to work on finding your ideal property. We reach out to our database of rental agents as well as apply online, ensuring we are first in line for any new property.

Using your carefully curated rental CV, we apply for all suitable properties on your behalf. We search day and night and we fill out all the applications for you.

We aim to arrange a viewing, either in person or via video so that you are able to view the property and ensure it meets your expectations. We aim to arrange as many viewings as possible to give you options. Once we commence viewings, a 30% deposit is required. This deposit rolls over to the next property until you find the one you love.

Upon securing a property, the remaining 70 % of our fee of 1 Months Rent + VAT is due prior to moving in. We then connect you directly with the agent or landlord for further interactions. This fee is separate to anything owing to the landlord.

Congratulations! You have secured your new rental property.
Should you decline the property at this stage we will retain 75% of the finders fee to cover the costs of our searches.
